Welcome to The Nestling Collective! We’re so glad you’re here. Before joining as a member, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing a membership, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these policies:

1. Recurring Monthly Membership

All Nestling Collective memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions. When you sign up, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All memberships are non-refundable, regardless of how often the membership is used. We do not issue refunds for unused months, partial months, or if you fail to visit during your membership period. This policy helps us maintain fair and consistent operations for all families.

3. Cancellation Policy

It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and cancelling through the membership portal
  • Emailing us at [insert email address] with your cancellation request

Please allow adequate time before your renewal date if you are emailing us.

If you cancel after your renewal date, your membership will remain active through the end of the billing period, but no refund will be issued.

4. Billing & Account Management

Your membership will renew automatically on the same date each month (based on the original purchase date). You will receive a monthly email receipt that includes your billing details and clearly states that the end date is “when cancelled.”
