General Release

GENERAL RELEASE

In consideration for the ability to participate in activities at The Nestling Collective INC, including but not limited to playing in and on all equipment, participation in classes and/or at parties held at The Nestling Collective INC, I hereby agree on my behalf and on behalf of the minor(s) listed below to the following General Release ("Release):

I, for myself and all the children listed below "(Releasors"), hereby jointly and severally remise, release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge The Nestling Collective INC, together with their respective predecessors, successors, past and present shareholders, partners, officers, directors, contractors, managers, and agents (collectively, "Releasee") from any and all manner of action and actions, causes of action, suits, claims, claims for relief, damages and demands for any injury occurring at, in or on, or in any way related to The Nestling Collective INC.

This Release may be pleaded, and may not be rebutted, as a full and complete defense to any and all claims, including all claims for court costs, disbursements, and/or attorneys' fees, asserted against Releasee as a result of or in connection with any action or other proceeding brought by Releasors or any person claiming through Releasors contrary to the provisions of this Release, and as the conclusive basis for a dismissal or abatement of, or injunction against any such claim, action or other proceeding.

The Releasors affirmatively acknowledges and warrants that: (i) this Release is legally binding and enforceable against such party in accordance with its terms; (ii) has thoroughly read, has either received advice from his attorney or had an opportunity for advice of counsel, reviewed and understands the terms and provisions of this Release; (iii) has either received advice from his/her attorney or had an opportunity for advice of counsel with regard to understanding the terms, meanings and effect of this Release; (iv) the execution of this Release is done freely, voluntarily, with full knowledge and without duress; (v) in executing the Release is not relying on any representation either written, oral, express or implied, made to Releasors by Releasee, or any other third party purporting to act on behalf of Releasee; and (vi) the consideration received by Releasors under this Release has been actual and adequate.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In consideration for participation in activities at The Nestling Collective INC, I hereby agree on my behalf and on behalf of the minor(s) listed below to the following:

I understand that participation in The Nestling Collective INC activities/parties is risky and that risks of injury include without limitation, scrapes, bruises, cuts, and even more serious injuries, such as paralysis or death. I fully accept and agree to assume all of these risks (including risks arising from the negligence of other participants), for myself and all children listed below. I understand that it is my responsibility to supervise the children listed below when they are participating in activities/parties at The Nestling Collective INC, not the responsibility of The Nestling Collective INC.

I will obey and will make sure that all children listed below obey the rules posted at The Nestling Collective INC. I understand that violation of rules could result in expulsion from The Nestling Collective INC with no monetary reimbursement.

I agree and understand that this agreement is binding on myself, and all of my children listed below and the heirs, successors and assigns of myself, all of my children listed below. By signing below, I certify that I am the legal parent or guardian of the child/children for whom I am signing. I understand that this is a permanent waiver to be kept on file by The Nestling Collective INC for today's visit/party and all future visits.

I have read the above GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY and understand its meaning to the full extent.
